Afternoon Earth Day Celebration

Location: Amrita Hall at MA Center

When we see Mother Nature as the embodiment of God, we will automatically serve and protect her. If we approach nature with love, it will serve us as our best friend, a friend that won’t let us down. – Amma

Join us in celebrating Earth Day and Mother Nature on Saturday, April 25th from 2–5 pm. Hosted by our GreenFriends team, the afternoon will include fun, enriching, family-friendly activities for all ages.

Highlights include:

• Earth Art Mandala (group activity)
• Meditative Nature Walk
• Arts & Crafts
• Seed Balls & Seed Swap
• Planting Sunflowers
• Planting mulberry & madrone trees in the Orchard – meet in front of the temple steps at 2 pm.

Snacks and fresh lemonade will be served, and fruits from the Orchard will be available for purchase.

The Saturday evening satsang program will follow starting at 5:30 pm. The theme will be Amma and Mother Nature.
